Objective:
To help stengthen the Contract Services section of Logistic Department to enable it to process tender for procurement of services and to prepare contract agreements accurately and in a timely fashion.

Key Area of Responsibility:
1. To review and provide recommendation on legal issue
2. To process tender and contract agreements for procurement of services
3. To prepare reports on procurement of services to BPMIGAS

Qualification Required:
- S1 degree in Legal Administration
- Min has 5 years experiences in Oil and Gas Business
- Posesses analytical skill
- Good command in English
- Self motivated and initiative driven
- Good interpersonal skill

*CONTRACT SPECIALIST*

Ensures that all aspects regarding contract and tender handlings comply with Company procedures. This includes ensuring that all contracts and tenders are subjected to legal review.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Reviews, drafts, and modifies oilfield service contracts to comply with company contracting guidelines, and prepares associated documentation and advice.
• Communicates with division personnel regarding contracting policies, procedures and processes.
• May conduct contract training seminars for company sales and marketing personnel and other departments.
• Handles special projects, such as domestic and regional MSA’s as assigned

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law/Business. Master’s degree would be a plus.
• Advanced PC skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEFL score of at least 575).
• Detail oriented and results focused
• Sound knowledge of industry and customers.
• Experience working with internal and external customers as related to oilfield contracts administration.
• Basic awareness of contract law and related legal concepts including practical application in a business environment, in particular, upstream oil and gas operations.
• Understanding of business and cultural environment and customs across assigned region.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Commitment to customer service, and to working in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to think analytically and creatively.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to travel.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant oil and gas service contractor experience required, preferably in contract review and negotiation or related legal or commercial background.

*CONTRACT & TENDER ADMINISTRATOR*

Ensures that assigned tenders are handled in a timely manner and in accordance with BP Migas regulations and Company procedures. This includes ensuring that all contracts and tenders are subjected to legal review.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Prepares the tender proposal, ensures its completeness, and keeps its confidentiality prior to submission.
• Verifies that contracts are compatible with the original tender documents.
• Informs relevant management of all tender announcements and ensures that company registers when requested.
• Works with other departments involved in the tender preparation process.
• Distributes contract and its amendment (if any) to all related parties.
• Maintains logs of tenders (past and on-going) and/or other related documents properly.
• Maintains contract summaries detailing invoicing requirements, etc. for all active contracts. Other duties as directed.

Requirements:
• A minimum of college diploma in Business Administration. Bachelor’s degree in Law/Business would be a plus.
• Good computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, E-mail, and the Internet applications.
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal & written).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Willing to work outside normal work hours when needed.
• Good knowledge of sales/marketing as well as its best practices and broad-based knowledge of core business
• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• General knowledge of tender process under BP Migas regulations would be a plus.

Qualifications:

· Degree in HSE, Engineering or Science and/or postgraduate HSE qualification.
· Fluent in English both spoken and written.
· Strong Computer Literacy.
· Minimum 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or Petrochemical industry, and 5 years experience in HSE.
· Strong experience in offshore & onshore operations, which include Permit To Work System, Training Capability, Develop Safe Working Procedures, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Accident/ Incident Analysis and investigation, and Emergency Response.
· Strong experience on HSE inspection and audit.
· Having strong knowledge on HSE Management System, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
· Having experience on day-to-day activities of Safety Officer tasks on Drilling rig and/or Offshore Production operations.
· Familiar with Fire fighting equipment and Life Saving Appliances on maintenance and inspection as per industry standard.
· Provide technical expertise and support the Field Safety to ensure effectiveness of the offshore HSE Program, such as PTW, STOP, Behavior Based Safety, etc.
· Having experience as HSE instructor to deliver internal HSE trainings
· Must be strong and good leadership.
· Good presentation skill.
