Area Sales Executive
(Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

* To achieve new subscriber and sales targets in their respective areas.
* Building close business rapport with Main Distributors and retailers to implement company’s sales & distribution strategy through the retail sales channel.
* Sales Administration – preparation of reports, monitoring retailers’ performance, prepare and verify Retailers’ sales Commission & Direct Sales Executives (DSE) commission, expense claims, and monitoring DSE performance.
* Responsible for proper distribution display of POS Materials & execution of Promotion Activity.
* Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and payment of incentive schemes.
* Sales Force Management – provide on the job training, motivation and management to the sales force.

Requirements:

* Male/Female, age between 27-35 years old.
* Minimum Diploma degree, university degree is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years experience in sales field.
* Experience in managing distributor sales force.
* Sales background from FMCG, Telecommunication or Direct Sales companies.
* Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Good public relation skill and have a pleasant appearance.
* Good negotiation, planning and organizing skills.
* Working knowledge and use of MS Office.

Security Manager
(Jakarta Raya)



Responsibilities:

* Responsible for ensuring the security within company business division – all operations and office facilities, personnel and travel security
* Develop Security and Safety System, Implementation and Control. Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard company employees and customers’ shipments, company assets and information against loss, damage and incident
* Liaise closely to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy within Country Legal, Risk and other shared-services representatives
* Lead and maintain company as an extremely secure environment, minimizing losses, thefts and security incidents and liaising effectively with customers and regulatory authorities. Advise country management of any loss prevention changes and recommended counter-measures
* Initiate, co-ordinate and implement investigations into losses and other security incidents relating to company assets, personnel and shipments carried by company
* Provide accurate and timely data and information on all security-related issues in the Country assigned.
* Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard employees, customers’ shipments, assets and information against loss, damage or incident.
* Co-ordinate country security activities and ensure compliance of staff and sub-contractors with security procedures as specified in the Regional Security Policy and Procedures Manual
* Conduct security audits (and assist other audit teams e.g. TSP), both proactively and reactively to assess the effectiveness of security practices and procedures at country sites.
* Co-ordinate the implementation of stipulated and other relevant Security training programmes for country personnel and in particular training programmes
* Direct and involve in crisis management, investigations and interfaces with customers to facilitate acquisition of new and additional businesses
* Prepare and analyze the database information for the production of regular reports on shipment and other security incidents, including Dangerous Goods. Where appropriate, recommend and initiate actions to investigate and resolve significant security incidents as they occur.

Requirements:

* Male, age between 30 - 37 years old
* Graduated in any major from reputable university in Indonesia, with minimum S1 degree.
* Having 5 years experience as Security Manager or other relevant positions
* Experienced in policy writing, handling crisis management and investigation
* Have a good network with police and military
* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian legal system and substance
* Good English, both verbal and writing

* Play active role in developing centralized document archive system.
* Liaise with function coordinators for establishing centralized document archive system
* Build awareness to users throughout organization for implementing document Archive system, such as by conducting training and socialization regularly
* Mainly responsible for maintaining and organizing document archive system throughout organization
* Become a main contact for supporting Users in implementing and managing document archive system (store, retain, and dispose)

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in library science or information science
* Minimum of three years of experience in establishing and maintaining document archive system or document retention management or particular area of professional practice in particular library, organization, or information service.
* Able to operate basic Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel;
* Proactive and has good interpersonal skills in order to be able to liaise with various level throughout organization as well as communication skills
