PT TJB Power Services; 4 positions

PT. TJB Power Services in the business of Operation and Maintenance of Tanjung Jati B 2 x 660 MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Indonesia, is looking for a professional personnel to fill vacancies for the following positions:

1. EHS Manager (EMI)

Main Responsibilities are to ensure:
- Environmental, Health and Safety Management at Site and Housing Colony
- The Health and Safety of personnel as well as the Security at Site and Housing Colony
- The legislative EHS requirements are met in plant operation.
- Adequate hazardous/non hazardous and toxic/non toxic waste control is maintained in accordance with legislative requirements.
-Environmental, Health and Safety awareness and training.
- Regular surveillance and the colletion of Environmental data.
- Managing all the permits and lisences related to plant operations in accordance with Government legislative and other requirements.
- Development of the Environmental, Health & Safety targets, strategies and processes.
- Monitoring regular maintenance and calibration of environmental monitoring equipment.
- Security management and arrangement at Site and Housing Colony.
- To review and revise the Business Management System Procedures.

Required Qualifications:
• Holding a Bachelor degree, majoring in Environmental, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant, in other industry such as oil & gas, chemical or related industry are also acceptable.
• Knowledge about Government Regulations end International Standard practices in term of Environmental, Health and Safety matter is an added quality.

2. Environmental Officer (EO)

Main Responsibilities are to ensure:
- Planning, organizing and follow up of Environmental aspects related in plant operation with the respective Government environmental regulations and Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL).
- The Implementation of Management Environmental Plan & Monitoring Environmental Plan
- Arrangement of Waste Management.
- Prepare and organize regular survaillance for sampling to monitor the environmental aspects required.
- To review and revise the Business Management System Procedures.

Required Qualifications:
• Holding a Bachelor degree, majoring in Environmental, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experienced in related job.

3. Mechanical Workshop Supervisor (MWS)

Main Responsibilities are to ensure:
- Provision of cost effective workshop services in accordance with varying maintenance needs of the power plant.
- The Maintenance of the on site mechanical workshop capabilities in accordance with respective procedures:
- Mechanical workshop with all technical equipment from workshop machine.
- Auxilliary workshop devices.
- Workshop tools, wrench and special tools (pneumatic & hydraulic tools) for the Unit Devices, personal tools for the Mechanical Maintenance.
- Typical materials and devices that may be needed for the maintenance of the power plant (steel: plates, bars, pipes, etc also welding and cutting movable machines, electro rods for them).
- Forseen their war and tear period and ordering the new ones.
- Carry out fault diagnosis as required.

Required Qualifications:
• Holding a Bachelor degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experienced in related job.
• Knowledge in Mobile Heavy Equipment System and Basic-Lubrication.

4. Warehouse Staff (WS)

Main Responsibilities are to ensure:
- Handling and storage of spares, tools and other materials and scheduled in accordance with the material management procedure.
- Receiving the deliveries from the Suppliers.
- Issuing goods, materials and stored tools to users and dispatching the goods from the site.
- Issuing material management documents related to delivery and dispatch goods.
- Maintain and update of stock reports in the material management system.
- Carry out in regular basis the physical stock checking.
- Operating the forklift and over head crane.

Required Qualifications:
• Min. Holding Diploma Degree
• Minimum 3 years experienced in related job.
• Knowledge in Material Management.

General Requirement:
- A Person with age not more than 45 years old.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good reporting and computer literates.
- Core Competencies and skills in : Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Team Leadership.
