Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice for top management
Prepare and review all business contracts
Requirements:
32 - 40 years old
Degree in Business Law and/or notary from reputable university, LL.M holder is a big advantage
Sounds familiar with big corporation legal matters, ligitation, contract drafting and review, and legal advice
Strong negotiation skill
Active in English
