Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- at least 2 year(s) of application support experience
- Experience in administering and supporting telecom billing applications in mobile companies.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or equivalent.
- Candidate must be able to troubleshoot/ identify problems across all tiers of web-based applications
- Candidate must possess knowledge of developing project documentation, requirement specifications, use cases, system test cases, design documents and testing strategies/ plans
- Good English proficiency, both reading and writing
- Good communication skills
- Professional outlook
- Understanding of Telecom products and associated applications is an advantage
- Full-Time position available.
