Senior Service Engineer (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
* responding to customer call-outs;
* evaluating and resolving problems;
* assisting with the installation of equipment;
* liaising with and working alongside technical sales engineers;
* offering customer training;
* repairing, testing and maintaining equipment;
* monitoring the performance of products;
* maintaining manuals;
* providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests;
* developing and maintaining relationships with customers;
* making recommendations to maintenance technicians
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferable)
* Able to speak Chinese Mandarin (active speaker) – compulsory.
* Minimum 5 years experience as an engineer
* Will be placed at the customer’s sites
