Main Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide cargo description to headquarter
Preparing import/ export documents (invoice, P/L, PO, PO TO LSP, Letter of Power Attorney, AW/B?BL, insurance)
Monitoring and follow up shipments for Import/ Export (from port of origin to port of destination, customs clearance process handled by customs brokers until shipment released to our warehouse, create Inbound Receipt)
Monitoring customs clearance documentation
Coordination with project teams
Main Requirements:
Female, max 30 years old
Min bachelor degree from reputable university
Min 3 years working experience in handling custom clearance and export-import
Proficiency in English is a must and Mandarin language will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft application skills is essential
High level of professionalism with the ability to deal with confidential matters.
Additional advantage if previously working experience in telecommunication industry
