Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
Develop, determine and commit to sales target for assigned market segment in accordance with the business plan and strategy.
Plan appropriate customer relationship strategies to identify new sales opportunities within the given markets in order to achieve targeted business volume and to build strong relationship with customers.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder preferably in Chemistry.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Candidates must have sound knowledge of product chemistries and intensive involvement in product formulations with extensive working experience in the personal care ,textile industries or Candidates with working experience in ,E & E, PCBA.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, aggressive, task and results-oriented.
Excellent inter-personal, relationship management, time management and leadership skills.
Strong sales closing skills, innovative, creative, perseverance and sense of urgency are essential.
