Finders Resources is seeking motivated professionals to play a major role as the company grows towards being a commercial producer.
You will have a hands-on approach, substantial operational experience and have a successful track record in team building. You will be able to prove independent planning and problem solving skills. You will be responsible for achieving project milestones and will share in the company’s success as performance targets are reached.
Two positions are required to complement the existing team:
1. Mining Superintendent
Additional Requirements:
• “Kepala Teknik Tambang” Certification
• Contract management experience
2. Process Superintendent
Additional Requirements:
• Tertiary Metallurgy qualifications
• Familiarity with heap leach operations
