RasGas is engaged in the business of production and sale of Liquefied Natural Gas and related hydrocarbon products. At present, the company operates a five - train onshore facility and one sales gas train at Ras Laffan, which is located 80 km north of the capital city Doha, in the State of Qatar.

The Company, as part of our expansion programme currently seek highly skilled individuals for our Facilities Management Department.



FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

To direct and control the team carrying out all daily facilities maintenance activities associated with the RasGas LNG Plant and Offsite buildings & associated facilities. Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Sanitary, Electrical, Facilities), or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years experience in building facilities maintenance work at least 5 years of which in the Oil & Gas sector.

Technical Assistant
Provides technical assistance to Facilities section as assigned by Maintenance Engineering Specialist or Lead Engineers. Basic knowledge of Facilities maintenance. Computer literate with advanced skills in SAP, Microsoft Access (databases), Excel (spreadsheets & plotting), PowerPoint (Graphic Presentations), Word (word processing) and Project (scheduling).

Document Controller
To provide high quality documentation support for the Facilities Operations section. Assist with the coordination of document workflow from the Facilities Operations section to the corporate Document and Standards Department. Technical education with a certificate in any engineering discipline, library science. Good understanding reading and interpreting drawings in the oil and gas Petroleum industry. 6-8 years experience in similar work. Good knowledge of, and training in computerised information management systems.

Safety Officer

To provide input and support for the safe conduct of work by personnel associated with the development and operation of RasGas onshore and offshore facilities. Bachelor of Science degree in Safety or Loss Prevention Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in safety and loss prevention in the Oil &Gas sector.

Senior Office Services Supervisor
Manages and co-ordinates the provision of essential office services to the company both at site and non-site locations. Negotiates, implements and monitors all office services contracts to ensure they meet the budgetary and corporate policy guidelines. B.Sc in Business Administration or related discipline from a recognised University/College. Minimum of 8 years experience in office management with strong Management and Supervisory skills.

Mail and Reprography Services Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates the provision of essential mail and reprography services. Manages both mail room offices on site and off site. B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a recognised University/College. 3 to 5 years experience in office management particularly mail room services.

Housekeeping Services Supervisor
Supervises and coordinates the day to day housekeeping operations on all RasGas offices on site and off site. B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a recognized University/College. 3 to 5 years experience in handling janitorial/ housekeeping services.

Office furniture Equipment Supervisor
Supervises and co-ordinates the provision of essential office furniture and equipment in all RasGas offices on site and off site. B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a recognised University/College. 3 to 5 years experience in handling office furniture and equipment.

Interior Design and Space Planning Coordinator
Supervises the construction or redevelopment of building interiors, carrying out reviews, site surveys, investigations and discussions to validate existing information for administrative and plant buildings office space. Co-ordinates with the various departments to collect data related for future office space requirements. Carry out criticality ranking studies to plan and allocate office space. Develops designs that are appropriate functional and aesthetically pleasing. Prepares working drawings and specifications for interior construction, materials, finishes, space planning, lighting, furnishings and equipment. Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or related discipline from a recognised University/College. Minimum of 5 years experience in interior design, and space management.

Catering Supervisor
To assist and deputise for Senior Catering Services Supervisor in the provision of Catering Services at site canteen, shift worker locations and offshore. Assist and deputise for Senior Catering Services Supervisor in the preparation, implementation and administration of catering contract. Bachelor Degree in Food/ Hotel Management or related discipline from a recognized University/College. 3 to 5 years experience in a food chain, hotel or a similar activity.

Office Pantry Services Supervisor
Supervises and coordinates the provision of essential pantry services. Manages all pantry services across the company. B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a recognised University/College. 3 to 5 years experience in handling pantry / food & beverage services/Computer literate.

Facilities Management Administrator

To provide financial, administration and systems support within the department, acting as interface between Finance, Procurement, Materials and General Services. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; or equivalent. Minimum 5 years varied experience in finance, contracts and administration, preferably in oil and gas industry. Good experience in dealing with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Senior Transport Services Supervisor

Controls and co-ordinates the provision of an efficient and professional transportation section for all company employees and guests. University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline. Minimum of 8 years related experience in transportation management.

Transport Services Supervisor
Co-ordinates the provision of an efficient and professional transportation and function for all company employees, guests and visitors at Car Park. University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline. 5-6 years related experience in transportation management. Supervisory experience and abilities and sensitivities to deal with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.

Senior Travel Services Supervisor
Co-ordinates the provision of an efficient travel services for all RasGas employees, guests and, visitors. Assist in negotiating with several Airlines and maintains good business relations to attain maximum travel convenience to RasGas travelers. College education with travel and tourism services background. Minimum 8 years related experience in the provisions of travel services i.e. prorating of fares in any Airlines Office or Travel agency.

Travel Services Supervisor

Administers the provision of an efficient travel services Contract for all RasGas employees, guests and visitors, Participate in negotiating with several Airlines and maintains good business relations to attain maximum travel convenience to RasGas travellers. College education with Airline travel and tourism services background. 5-10 years related experience in the provisions of travel services i.e. prorating of fares in any Airlines Office or Travel agency.

Budget and Cost Analyst

To provide financial budget and cost analysis support ensuring internal controls within the Facilities Management department. Interface between Finance and the various Departments within the Management Services Group for the purpose of coordinating and consolidating departmental budget, invoice processing, cash calls, cost reporting and other support activities. B.Sc. in Accountancy or equivalent. Minimum 5 years varied experience in cost control and budget administration, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Business and Planning Analyst

Participate in the analysis and implementation of Facilities Management processes related to the Management Services Group’s business enhancement efforts. Contributes to the overall business initiatives including: managing changes to established systems, methods, procedures and strategic management and improving current business practices and processes as necessary. B.Sc. Degree in business or equivalent.7+ years relevant experience spanning over business administration, work flow processes evaluation, continuous improvement practices, quality management, and project management.

Asset Business Administrator
To provide financial, administration and systems support within the department, acting as interface between the sections within Facilities Management. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; or equivalent. Minimum 5 years varied experience in finance, contracts and administration, preferably in oil and gas industry. Good experience in dealing with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Customer Liaison Officer
Manages the provision of a one stop portal for all communication with department customers as part of a team. Monitors service requests and any complaints through each stage until closure to the satisfaction of the customer with coordination with other department staff as required to ensure the highest level of service is provided. Bachelor degree from a recognised University/College in a lated field. Minimum 10 years experience in customer relations or related field preferably including work in the oil/gas industry.

Security Supervisor
Provides a comprehensive and professional security services within the framework of Company rules and guidelines. Supervises the security personnel force and ensures that clear policies and procedures are adhered to safeguard the company’s properties and personnel. Appropriate diploma or equivalent police / army qualifications. University degree in a related discipline is an advantage. 5 years security related experience with knowledge of appropriate statutory or standard procedures and awareness of mechanical / electronic security systems.

Housing Administrator
To provide administration and financial support on all housing services activities, acting as interface between Maintenance, Landscaping, Administration and Contracts Sections. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years varied experience in finance, contracts and administration, preferably in a large multi-national housing community environment. Good experience in dealing with contractors.
