Plant Operation Manager

Responsibilities & Principal Accountabilities:
The Plant Operation Manager will have the responsibility of managing the Business Unit's operation involving planning, coordination, and cost-control and to ensure the achievement of business objectives (the right quality, volume and cost). Develop and recommend production budget. Develop, control and evaluate including follow-up action of the overall manufacturing operation involving technical and plant engineering, quality control and quality assurance, production planning and inventory control, maximize production by utilizing the machine capacity to the optimum level, develop and maintain consistent quality specification that meet consumers quality specification, manage and control financial performance of the factory in accordance with agreed budget and standard cost, in order to achieve effective and efficient manufacturing operation.
Qualification & Requirements:
§ Indonesian, Male / Female, 32- 38 years. University Degree,at least S-1 Degree in Business, Engineering (Chemical, Industrial,Mechanical, Electrical), Foods Technology + MM / MBA Degree from overseas or reputable national / local university. Minimum IPK 3.0
§ Minimum 8-10 years experience in marketing driven fast moving consumer goods MNC/ reputable local manufacturing companies such as syrup, coffee, noodles, biscuits, snacks, candy, health-foods,alcoholic beverages, or other foods products. Currently / with prior experience at least 3-5 years experience as Production / Factory/ Plant Manager with Foods & Beverages FMCG Manufacturing Company. Experienced & strong exposures in HACCP, ISO 9001& ISO 2002 Quality system, developed Good Manufacturing Practices implementation, sensory evaluation;
developed Quality System with manufacturing of syrups / beverages, foods is a great advantage.
§ Hands-on individual, strong drive, self-starter and self-motivated, with excellent team player skills.
§ Excellent spoken and written English skills is essential. Knowledge of Mandarin is a definite advantage.
